Day of Coordination Package
This basic package includes Megan Reade's services the day of your event (8 hours). We will arrive at the pre-arranged time at your venue to coordinate and set up your decor.
Wedding parties can be tough to keep track of, let me be your go to girl, I will make sure your partner is waiting at the top of the aisle for you, that everyone is looking spiffy, smart and picture ready!
On the day of, we will be the contact person/s for your vendors, making sure your bouquets are ready to go, your catering team is ready for your guests, snacks are set aside for you after photos, and a cold drink is ready for you two to clink!
Weekend Coordination Package
This package includes all the perks of the Day of Event Package (8 hours) plus...
The day after you have said 'I Do', we know you want to relax and enjoy your first morning as a married couple!
We will be ready at your venue to take down any decor and pack it away for you. Simply designate that crazy uncle or aunt to meet us and we will load it into their vehicle for you. (up to 2 hours take down time)
The Total Package
This package includes all the perks of the Weekend of Event Package (10 hours) plus...
3 Months prior to your big day you may start to feel the pressure to check everything off your list. We will have 4 (1 hour) in person meetings to make sure we have all the necessary items to bring your vision to life, we will create your wet weather plan, because we can’t control mother nature.
I will attend your event rehearsal or walk through, assisting with coordinating the wedding party and making sure everyone knows where and how to stand, and when to strut their stuff! (1 hour)
After set up on the day, we will be the happy couples personal assistant, if there are any last minute needs, a quick clean up of the bridal suite OR you just need to take some time to yourself to take in this special moment. We are here for you!
